| The Instrumentation and Thermal Fluid Controls Products group designs, manufactures and distributes valves, fittings and controls for diverse end-users, including hydraulic, pneumatic, cryogenic and steam applications. Selected products include precision valves, compression tube and pipe fittings, control valves, fittings and regulators. The Instrumentation and Thermal Fluid Controls Products group consists primarily of the following product families: Aerodyne Controls; Circle Seal Controls; Leslie Controls; Loud Engineering; Nicholson Steam Trap; Hoke; Spence Engineering; CPC-Cryolab; RTK; Hale Hamilton; Industria; Spence Strainers; Rockwood Swendemen; Dopak and Texas Sampling; Survival Engineering; Tomco; GO Regulators; Motor Technology; and CircorTech. |

| The Energy Products group, formerly the Petrochemical Products group, designs, manufactures and distributes flanged-end and threaded-end floating and trunnion ball valves, needle valves, check valves, butterfly valves, large forged steel ball valves, gate valves and strainers for use in oil, gas and chemical processing and industrial applications. We believe that our Energy Products group is one of the top three producers of ball valves for the oil and natural gas markets worldwide. The Energy Products group consists primarily of the following product families: KF Industries; KF Contromatics; Pibiviesse; Sagebrush Pipeline Equipment; Mallard Controls; and Hydroseal. |
